In discussing comedy stylings Thor Ragnarok is closest to "Ghostbusters 2016" in that it relys heavily on riffing and improvisation. If you like that fine, I think that style requires master comedy types and both of these films lacked that. Hemsworth is the best in both movies, but in general it is stilted and awkward like a bad Saturday Night Live skit.
