Technically I haven't seen anyone claiming it as the "strongest" league. But there's been people claiming it as the "best" league for years now which pretty much means the same thing.

It definitely does seem one of, if not the, most competitive top leagues in Europe though.

I've seen lots of people claiming its the hardest league in the world. Competitive and difficulty isn't the same thing. It's very competitive.. at the beginning of the season but you can always sort of tell who's gonna win the title. Plus outside of Leicester only 3 teams have won it in the past decade and more I feel it looks more competitive than it is?
