The Japanese third party companies have lost faith in the console market. That has nothing to do with Sony or Nintendo. The last Hitman was being developed as a Pc only MMO and, if it wasn't for the success of the PS4, they wouldn't change the game. I don't know why, but those companies need to be 100% sure, before the development starts, that the game will be a success .
