Since when is Central America and Carribean Island part of North America?

The fact that they could have bought the PS4 for 3 years before the Pro launched, so it's valid to think they were enticed to buy the Pro and that drove the sales up. Unless you think the revisions of Nintendo handhelds and sony/ms slims didn't move the needle.

We don't really know how many bought a second time or wouldn't buy Pro. But you said it didn't move the needle, so you have the burden of proof.

Its not neccessary that the pro enticed them to buy a ps4. Life happens. Maybe its a gift for someone's growing son or daughter. Maybe someone had developed an interest in gaming just now. Maybe its a long-time Xbox fan who is enticed by the PS first-party games. By your logic, I could ask, "why are people still getting a PS4 in 2017? They had three years to do so, why now?"

And since when is Central America its own continent?

In Brazil since ever or never depending on the book, we usually either divide it as America or N, C, S America.

And about PS4Pro, sure we can't be sure. But you were the one saying it didn't move the needle at all.
