I think Nintendo should only offer it to partners that are really committed to switch, and/or are closer to nintendo. Give them out to Bethesda, cause they are all in in the switch, and have 3 big games coming for Switch before even seeing how 1 title does. Give them to Ubisoft, cause they have been the closest to you then any other western third party. Koei Tecmo and Bamco could also be included. They should also offer the cards when they see a huge juggernaut game coming to Switch. For example, if Rockstar announces GTA V for Switch, Nintendo should offer all 32 gb cards Rockstar needs without hesitation.
