Bernie is left and Democrats are more right than they are left. Compare a Democrat to other left leaning groups and theyd be very right in comparison. Democrats are more left than Republicans, but that's it. I consider the US a centrist right leaning nation. Reps are right wing. Democrats are what I consider right wing with some left leaning qualities.
