That remaster buy now probably become best selling game of of all time and its one of most popular game of all time, its also best selling PS4 game, it sold more than 16m on PS4 alone, while CoD is also one of best selling IPs on PS4, combined 4 CoD games sold more than 30m on PS4 alone. So yes, GTA and CoD are definitely one of biggest system sealers for PS4.

Like @Zorg wrote, AAA western multiplats are the primary system sellers of PS4.
