For instance, I play Witcher 3 with all DLC at beautiful (actual) 4k. Witcher 3 is an undeniably massive game. Total disk space for all of that with DLC included: about 50gb.

I think these numbers the OP listed are far from optimized.

First party titles are almost always the most optmised though. No matter the platform.
