That is a good question considering PSPGo failed so hard...

I don't think it would be good to go full digital, have different formats to the games or using a more expensive format to all.

One thing they could try to make happen is you being able to make a flash copy of your BD on the card and validate it with using only your PSN account to validate you still own the game (somewhat convoluted).

So In the end they would need the "portable" to have at least enough size to fit a BD reader for you to install and keep the disc inside. Considering people are loving the tablets nowadays a 7 or 10" tablet with pads on the sides isn't that bad for today market
