VGC Updates: Inactive Tag - Head Moderator - Beta Tester

Happen to notice a new tag/category when you go to the member search:

Though when applying this keyword, nothing obvious shows up.. What could this possibly be for?

Sidenote: the 'Post Edited' feature is also removed now

And now there is the Head Moderator Tag. Words are squished in but it will do
