Y'all are arguing on which console better fairs as a home console, PS4 or Switch... GUYS C'MON.
It's a hybrid. It has the advantage as a handheld and home console, that's where its biggest appeal comes from. Seems kind of pointless to compare Switch to PS4 when only talking in terms of home console.
The two should be compared in things like attach rates, how many hours spent on them (that's super difficult though, especially with PS4) rather than power. Nintendo has proven so many times that they don't need graphics to dominate. The DS/Wii era proved that, especially since during the Gamecube era, the Gamecube was the strongest console and yet it sold the least amount out of the PS2 and Xbox OG.
So srsly guys. STAAAHP
