Call Of Duty: WWII doesnt work at all without the day 1 patch. The disc is completely useless without the internet

I'd like to say I'm surprised by this, but it just feels like yet another shameless practice by a AAA publisher. After what's already happened this year, something like this is just par for the course it seems.
