In case you were wondering, here's how that compares with the rest of the main series:

AC2- 91
AC Brotherhood- 90
AC4- 88
AC Origins- 84
AC1- 81
AC Revelations- 80
AC Syndicate- 78
AC Rogue- 74
AC Unity- 72
AC Liberation- 70

Not bad at all, 4th highest rated game in the series. My rental copy is on the way, can't wait to play it.

I've still gotta get through AC2, and AC4. This one has microtransactions, and day 1 DLC cut from the finished game, so I'll pass.

Game is quite enjoyable so far, played about 3hours, some minor issues but overall pretty good.

I didnt know about the microtransations when brought, but they are off to one side and seem pretty much like the same that was in the previous 2 or 3 games. Where they are only there if you dont play long open world games and go finding lots of things. My game style on open world games - pretty sure never need to go near them.

In terms of DLC, you see if a game is worth it for its parts and not just what they sell as DLC. Microtransations and loot boxes in the core game I have a problem with, DLC I dont as long as the game is worth the cost and you get your monies worth.
