Yep he's promoting his game.  Obviously they don't want the game to have the prologue tag and want people to look at it as mainline to maximise sales. 

Yes one could say he is promoting... but he isn't a PR guy. Unless you think anyone working on the game when they talk about it they are PR. Then all said by then should be considered null.

Obviously you are just pushing some theory that have 0 ground on the facts. They have released GT5 Prologue before, have done A-pec GT3 and they had no issue for then or need to go for a useless stunt of pretending not to be a prologue to sell for 60 and burn a game.
