1) So?

2) Many people? Smash 4 sold 14 million units. It is the second best selling game in the franchise upon my last check (could be the best selling... I am not going to check right now). It is the second best selling fighting game in history upon last check (again that could have changed but I am not going to check). I would say a lot of people played the title. I would argue the audience that wanted to play the title has the title somewhere.

3) I only argued that it is not universally agreed upon.

4) I did not rewrite Wii U's history. I said a console is quantified by its games. Wii U has good games? Then the console is worth purchasing. That is not revisionist history; rather, that is the fact. Dreamcast has about 15 good titles so guess what, I bought one and those titles. If there are enough good games to justify buying the console, buy the console. You cannot have it both ways. Annnnnnddddddd this is you completely ignorning the fact that the game is on 3DS because that really hurts your argument. You see, even if you say Wii U was trash and subsequently the Wii U's version of Smash 4 was trash, the 3DS version still exists and people played it there, too. And since 3DS is a great console with decent tech, many games, and most of all good sales, your argument is finished.

I didn't ignore it, I explained it simply and clearly. Anyone who's played both versions can tell you they don't even compare. I'd imagine a lot of people who only tried the 3DS version, would be willing to pick up the much better version for console, but just not on WiiU.

You also can't just make a simple statement like, "a console is quantified by its games. Wii U has good games? Then the console is worth purchasing." That ignores so many variables about what happens during the console generation, and it doesn't reflect the mindset of every consumer, especially considering how many consumers didn't even know of the WiiU's existence.

You seem to be the only one here conveniently ignoring important details.

1) That's your reply? Hahahahahaha.

2) Yes I can. And I gave you an example of my integrity to that position. Unless you are going to say Wii U had a RRoD situation which made the games LITERALLY unplayable, you have 0 excuse. I know why Wii U failed. I am saying unless you have a reason which hinders the games (you can't) unplayable... let me put it like this, we are not buying game comsoles because it has netflix. If the games are there and you want them, buy a Wii U. But still, all your arguments are gone. Your position is reduced to, "I want it now" which is OK. But that does not mean I think it is healthy. I have my own opinion and that opinion is Smash 5 would be far more welcomed than a third version of Smash 4. Your, "consumers may not have known of Wii U's existence" is nullifed by them knowing of 3DS's existence. This is too easy.

3) Hahahahahahaha. Not only did you fail to produce any (you leave it up to me and then say I am ignoring details. That is laughable) details, but you also know damn well your point is obsolete. Your position reminds me why I get frustrated with the gaming community. Hate Wii U but not its games. Like, is there a better reason to buy a Wii U than for its games? I think the best reason to buy a Switch is for Switch titles and not Wii U rehashes.
