1) Wii U has enough games that justify the hardware. You cannot have it both ways. You cannot say it was horrible but has great games. A console is defined by its games. Also, 3DS is not a horrible piece of hardware so you can still buy the game there. And you are done.

2) Everyone can wait. Smash is only 3 years old. You literally are asking for a port of a game that is on 2 consoles already in less than a generation cycle. It causes fatigue for the next Smash title. I have a Wii U and a 3DS and a Switch and I am saying I do not want it. So, not everyone agrees. But I do not think anyone would argue with a brand new Smash title over a Smash 4 remake. You guys are getting complacent and your expectations need to be raised. It is depressing watching a community that says too many ports are bad literally have a list of nothing but ports for Switch. I want new games. If I wanted Wii U or 3DS games, I would buy them on Wii U or 3DS.

Note: not all ports are bad. I am not saying there should never be any ports at all. I am saying can the community do a better job of handling their, "immediate gratification" emotions and demand a new game once in a while?

We've gotten a new Zelda, Splatoon, 3D Mario and Xenoblade this year.

I'm not done with Smash 4, a lot of people aren't, and you can't equate the WiiU and 3DS versions. Many people haven't had the chance to play the full version, or any version at all. As you said, Smash 4 is only 3 years old, and it still has a lot of life left in it.

Just because a few of you are done with the game doesn't mean everyone else is.

Also not sure why you're trying to re-write history, but the WiiU's problems are well known by now, and it had nothing to do with a lack of great first-party exclusives. There were many other reasons why people who would've bought those games didn't bother to get a WiiU.
