bring back the Ice Climbers! they're a-d-o-r-a-b-l-e. And I think Nintendo could easily think of a creative type of game to use them in. Make a new platformer with some funny mechanic. Hell maybe even an adventure game with the Ice Climber as the main character and their main attacks being similar to that of Melee (shooting ice blocks or something).
As far as reconigition I think Ice Climbers are well known enough to give them another chance, and as much of a pain in the ass as the NES game is, I actually don't mind it.
One Off is tough though.
Most of the Nintendo series that people seem to want to see come back have more than one installment already (F Zero, Punchout, Excitebike, Wave Race, Star Tropics)
