I haven't even started thinking about Smash 5, since I'm still waiting to see what they do with Smash 4 on Switch first (assuming that's the case).

Smash 5 can wait until next generation like every other Smash.

Smash 5 will come out for Switch.  As will Mario Kart 9.  It's a matter of when.  Not if.
