Games can still be added to your library, I just added Street Fighter 2. I think that TalonMan is talking about adding entirely new games (e.g. Mario Odyssey), which hasn't been possible since a long time already.

Ah. Ok. Although, I still can't add Lollypop Chainsaw to my my library. I'll try again tomorrow.
