I wholeheartedly agree he has some cognitive issue. I study mental health and take care of those with issues that are similar to his own. Doesn't mean I can't hate him. I'd hate any of my clients if they had the power to fuck with the environment and healthcare.
That being said, those who are willingfully letting this man, who is clearly unable to handle his position, continue to serve as president are responsible for his deteriorating health. He's not healthy mentally or physically and needs help. Being surrounded by "yes men" and then being constantly attacked by the media will literally kill him. He will die. People don't understand that. If he dies, his blood is on THEIR hands. They'll be responsible for his death. Not to say it wasn't coming, but this is the most stressful job in the world and he doesn't have the body for it. If news stories are accurate the man is having a mental break down, making him alarmingly dangerous to not only himself but the public at large.
If he won't resign he needs to at least see a therapist and psychiatrist as well as ignore his naysayers. Not to mention start exercising and go on a diet. He'll die within the next 10yrs. Probably sooner.
