That's true and false. For a rape accusation to be considered a false rape accusation by the fbi, the accuser would have to be caught falsifying it and arrested for it to be counted statistically. Since the accusation is based mainly on the word of the accuser, it's very difficult to do that because you would have to catch them in a lie with some kind of physical evidence that contradicts what they said. Rape accusations on colleges are handled by the colleges in kangoroo courts and rarely go to police. Any falisified reports in those case aren't counted in these stastics either. There's no accurate rough estimates around on false accusations.
