People should not attack anyone accused of rape. I wouldn't want to be lynched by others because a woman or man accused me of raping them.

 

I think implementing harsh rape laws would stop liars. Make the punishment equivalent to what the accused would have gone through, along with severe fines. This however should only be if it's the accuser being caught intentionally lying.
