Not really, its a tightly formed PR statement, what did you expect them to say... they have to be very careful in a response because the more you put into a reply statement the more chance you have of someone picking something out of it and using against you... sounds like you've already made your mind up about who is in the right or wrong here?
As Gribble has said, we really need to see how this plays out. Could there be someone like this in a company, yes, could the person making the complaint be lying, yes. Seriously the internet being judge and jury isnt very pleasant.
