We'll see. At this point we can't assume anything. Either the accuser or the accused could be lying here. It also depends on what 'sexual harrassment' means here, after all even 'rape' has been attributed to 'words' in some campasses in the US. We need proof AND context. 

I think you're missing the point. ND hasn't received any report about sexual harrasment.
