I'm sure it can happen with less trustworthy services, but for big ones like Facebook and PSN? Sorry, but no. How your email really gets out there is probably via two main ways: you giving it out on some less trustworthy sites, say, because you want to participate in something and the site requires your email address, or via hacks. PSN? Hacked, and your email address along with it. Yahoo? Hacked. Disqus? Hacked. Some other service you're using? Probably hacked. Once your email is out in the open, there's no taking it back.
