Why i believe Animal Crossing will come in 2019.

Don't forget that Smash 4 only just came out this gen. So you want to have a second Smash title in the same generation, even though the first one is already a fantastic game with a tonne of content, and majority of gamers haven't even played it.

I never said Smash 4 was a rush job and i agree it's a fantastic game.  My point is, if it were remade for the Switch, not only would i see it as a cashgrab for Nintendo, i would also see it as somewhat of a rush job and i would be disappointed if not much new content was added. Which is why i would much rather have a brand new Smash, regardless of how long it took. I really played 4 to death and wouldn't necessarily want to do that all over again.

You don't have to buy it.

I'm just saying from Nintendo's perspective it would be almost nonsensical to develop a whole new Smash from the ground up this gen, when simply upgrading Smash4 a bit for Switch is easy money, and they can spare the developers and money for other projects.

No different than MK8DX, PokkenDX, and Splatoon1.5, which are all doing great numbers.
