Literally no one but you thought they meant for a long time ... it's the holidays ... why would the report have to specify?

But I do agree, the report in general seems to be very ... debatable in trustworthyness 

The one that needs to be clear and precise is the report, so if they aren't that is their issue not of anyone pulling it different. I have seem several people on this thread questioning it.
