Dude ... he is LITERALLY just saying that because Disney and Microsoft are on the list he trusts it less. how is that 'hate' at Nintendo? It makes sense to me. If you saw a list that said "top 10 safest work places" and number 5 was a Korean sweatshop with 132 reported deaths, but Nintendo of America was #1 wouldd you still trust the list just because Nintendo is #1? I wouldn't. 

Dude, we already know him. And the example you make is not even remotely close to what happens here, if people perceives Disney and Microsoft as reliable it sure has some reason behind, I don't even know why that is suposed to be such a crazy thing, is now Disney the Devil? Because I don't think I know a single person around me with a bad percepetion about them.
