A mistake was made ... a huge mistake. They used the Forza franchise to make a more open world racing game. Remember how the 'open world' and 'corridor racer' narrative was being pushed heavily on forums? Remember how the press docked points from Driveclub because it wasn't 'open world' like Horizon? MS have given GT the future of Sims. All GTS has to do now is deliver. Reviewers won't be able to revisit the corridor racer mindset because Forza 7 will be too fresh in the minds of gamers but the Forza brand success has now transitioned over to the Horizon. This is actually good for both camps if MS make the right moves.
The PS5 Exists.
