What is a political issue that you want to understand the opposite viewpoint more?

There are how many people on earth? How many religions? How many takes on christianity? How many different scriptures based on the same passage? Yet all that you are egotisitical to think that you "know" god, and know what he wants?

Not to mention I have no clue what your post has to do with this thread.  If your religious beliefs are not dictating your political beliefs - then why did you join a political thread?

It is a thread about politics, not religion.

If political you are fine with the government allowing abortion - then why bring up your religious beliefs that you are against it?

My goodness, I had forgotten how upset people get about things (including things that had no intention of upsetting people). I won't name call or insult you though (if that is what your looking for). But yes, I do know God (through Christ) and what God wants is displayed in the Bible and discerned by believers.

I entered in this because my beliefs impact my political views, as I stated. Also, I DO think governments should ban abortions, I never said I was fine with abortions. I am against abortions because of my beliefs, but that's just one topic. Not sure how that got mixed up?
