I'm not inherently a violence first person, but against Nazis, IMO it's justified because it is an ideology that at its core wishes violence on those that don't fit it's "perfect ideal". World War II showed their real colors, if people had taken up arms against their perverse ideology earlier, it would've saved millions of lives. Appeasement and "peaceful exchange of ideas" does not work with Nazis.
This "debate" is over, we had a freaking World War over it.
Nazism is not a legitimate ideology the so-called "tolerant middle" should not forget that. Their end game is always to inflict violence on groups on people that are different from them, they dress is up a thousands different ways, but that's all it boils down to. The stuff before that is all about weaselling their way to get there.
The difference today is more people can see through their bullshit more easily and want nothing to do with it, they will remain a sad little minority.
