No, HIV is a treatable disease these days. Still, infecting somebody with a disease is very, very, very, very shitty, and should be a felony. Especially when we consider some of the minor things that pass as felonies in many states.  

It's still murder. HIV will kill everyone who gets it regardless of treatment. It's just a matter how long it takes to kill you.
