If by X1 you mean Xbox One, I haven't actually seen many people claiming Switch is close to Xbox One in power.

The performance gap between Switch and PS4/Xbone is similar to that of Vita vs PS3/360.

Then you are a luck guy... we have had so many people thinking it was almost there on Xbox One level in this forum.
