There's Apple and Google. Both provide purchase and rental services, and have libraries vastly exceeding Netflix in size.

The real problem is they cost an asston. With games it's a little different, one game can give you a few hours to hundreds of hours of entertainment. While films are 1-3 hours and cost about the same price. You can buy seasons of shows, but they are like game + all expansion prices.
