I'm not a therapist, and I'm only saying this from what I've seen from others.
Social media is a mess where socially insecure or mentally weak people can be hurt from the artifically created perfect lives. I believe however that facts are stronger than one's word, so let me see if I can find an article:

That's why we simply have to keep helping any time we can. Seeing people put a smile when they're experiencing a bad day is one of my favorite things to see
