1. Split 343i into two studios and have them make a new IP
2. Buy Obisdian
3, Build a new Fable studio
4. Build a new IP studio
5. Work with second parties to make new IPs (Playground, CA etc)
6. Buy Japanese exclusives
7. Get the Cod exclusivity deal back
8. Bring back PGR
9. Fix windows 10 store
10. Put more games on steam and have Xbox + W10 and Steam crossplay.
11. Put 360 games on windows 10
12. Put gamepass on windows 10
13. Payout some major third parties to make exclusives for Xbox and windows10/steam.
