They are self to be blamed, every Wii U is BC with the Wii store unless you dont have a wii mote conected. They should be able to move every wii download game on the Wii U store, and most could be played with the gamepad as not everyone needs a wiimote.

No. Just no. They would have to ask for the rights of every game (non-Nintendo mind you) to move over to another platform. Which is funny, because the WiiU is dead (and no longer in production), so why in flying F would they move any game over. It's ridiculous.

Your final part is baffling and it's clear you have something against Nintendo. Why are they completely incompetent when A: They have limited resources, resources that they maybe don't want to waste on dead systems and B: have a very successful new system. Stop dude.
