They are self to be blamed, every Wii U is BC with the Wii store unless you dont have a wii mote conected. They should be able to move every wii download game on the Wii U store, and most could be played with the gamepad as not everyone needs a wiimote.
But of course they dont because they are completley incompetent, or they plan to close down the wiiu store soon enough too. Nintendo cant be trusted to buy digital games on
