If that where inherently a white trait there wouldn't be people seeking refugee in countries largely populated by white people. But brown, black, yellow, purple, pink and even red with a golden edge people are just as capable to opress other people hence there are refugees whow flee from the violence that ia necessary tor opress people. It just sucks for immigrants that they go from a very oppressive and corrupt country/culture to a less opressive and corrupt country/culture instead of a none opressive and corrupt culture.
People in general don't like difference or change, so they try to resist against that change. Even if that change is those people themselves and that they practice their own culture in the country they fled too. Same goes for many immigrants which refuse to integrate. For instance my country knows many people who live here for years or decades and are not able to speak Dutch.
This friction between groups/cultures and this causes mutual disrespect and outings like all white people are evil or all immigrants are terrorist/evil. While in both cases it is only a part of white people and a part of immigramts which are the rotten apples. But in general minorities get more social protection than majorities in Western countries.
