MS patches Mighty No. 9 on Xbox after it was practically abandoned by Comcept

MS would have to have the source code for Mighty No 9 in order to do this. This was probably a collab type of thing where they got some of MS's "xbox specialists" to improve the game while the original dev team worked on something else.
