Why not? If you leave a company, you usually go to people personally. At least this is what I do and what other people do. Perhaps it's a German culture thing.

Edit: I don't remember all people I want to say goodbye to so they can use this thread if they see it.

That said, this thread is open for anyone to say goodbye and to discuss a little bit. Also, the email has been sent to the moderation team so no need to keep posting wondering if I will actually leave

Im half German and i couldnt be bothered letting people know im leaving, i mean every forum user is just some faceless anonymously confident entity so its not like you can really form any true bonds at least not in my opinion so yea, def not a German thing......having insane rage though, i think thats German. But like i said, i respect your moment and understand the pyschology of becoming attached to humans in this setting. I dont know you and am very new here but good luck bro, make sure your kid plays future classics such as Bioshock 1, Mass Effect 1, Forza 3, Gears 1, Super Mario Maker, Darkest Dungeon, EVERY FUCKING DARK SOULS, Fire Emblem Awakening and Leisure Suit Larry

That's a nice selection of games but I'll choose other games for him, he is 2 years old now.

I usually work with a lot of people and over years, I of course get attached to them because I see most of them every day. I also was very present on this forum, almost every day, so I feel "attached" to it in a definitely weird way. That doesn't mean that there are no exceptions to this rule, mind.
