Funny that he's stepping down now, right after his recent quotes.

Usually when somebody important resigns like this, it's the way they are dealt with, instead of getting fired.

Either way good luck man, you did a great job.

Makes you wonder.

My thoughts are, did he say what he said, because he truly believes Sony is not capable of leading the market in VR, and that there is no room for PlayStation to expand beyond the living room?

Or, did he say this because he has been trying to get support to expand their position in VR, and reach out to new markets, but has been shot down by upper managment?

Either way I think it is good that he has stepped down. Either he couldn't handle the expansion of the brand, or he took a stance against Sony's reluctance to expand PlayStation. I hope whatever the case is, this will lead to PlayStation Hardware, the PlayStation OS, PlayStation Network, PlayStation Store, PlayStation Games, and PlayStation Services expanding to more Sony devices in the future.

Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.
