Well, how many options does the PS4 version have? How much can you tweak the graphics? Can you fully customize controls? What about field of view?

And why would everyone have an issue if you couldn't?

If it's exactly what it is on the PS4, the only existing version, I don't see how could anyone possibly have a problem with that, it would be a perfect port.

You may want an improved version, but that would be a plus, not getting it wouldn't be a problem at all.

Those are minimum things expected from almost all PC games, and for a good reason. They're usually very easy to implement but they can improve the experience by quite a bit. Not adding them is simply lazy and unexcusable. At the very least, you should be able to select the resolution from a list of the most common resolutions instead of just choosing between, say, 1080p and 4k. Other resolutions are pretty common in monitors, and not offering the possibility to use the monitor's native resolution makes the whole game look blurrier.

What they are trying to say is that they prefer to not play the game if the game dont push their pc´s to the limit, even if its the best fucking game ever created, a gods gift to making in gaming form, the holy grail of gaming. Their pc can run games at 4k 120 fps , if the studio dont give them the option to run the game like that then the studio is shit, the devs at that studio are shit  and the game is a piece of shit.

Are you trying to misunderstand deliberately or are you really that ignorant about PC gaming? There's some basic stuff that's expected from pretty much every game, such as being able to fully customize controls. Keyboards are different from controllers, and people have many more different preferences for how to control games using keyboard. Sometimes it's hard to get the controls right for everyone even when everyone's using identical controllers, let alone when most people are using a keyboard that has a ton more buttons than a simple controller. Then there's the issue of graphical settings as well. Adding support for stuff like setting AA level, V-Sync toggle, framerate limiting, and all that stuff, is usually very simple, so why not add that? In a well designed engine, the hardest part should be adding the menu functionality for changing those things - and not actually implementing the customizations. If you can't even bother to work a bit on a simple menu after spending a substantial effort on the more technical issues, you're doing something wrong.
