are the three that come to mind to me.
Super Dodgeball had some awesome music too.
Gemifire MIGHT beat Megaman 2... but i can't remember how worse it is compared to SNES.
Gemfire had an epic soundtrack. It's songs were one of the first i'd seen to be recorded by orchestra and sold.
