Since the discussion has focused so much on size comparisons, I decided to look up the size of the PS4 version as well. The European version (in case it makes any difference) is a whopping 32.4 GB, or 2.7 times the size of the PC version! At this point, if I had to guess, I'd say you get only one language on PC, whereas you get all the languages on consoles, whether you want them or not. Otherwise this seems really bizarre.
