It also comes with all the DLC, it should explain the extra GBs

The special edition comes with all the extra DLC, so assuming that the Switch version is based on the special edition, my point still stands. It has an extra 2.3 gigs dedicated to motion controls, BOTW outfit  + weapons and Amiibo features.
