That's a pretty narrow statement. Great year for Nintendo, no doubt, but only Nintendo? If you're a Nintendo-only user who refuses to enjoy anything else, sure, but no real gamer is gamer is going to ignore what PS4 has brought to the table this year, or the major third party experiences that are not on Switch.
