It's a misquote if people are quoting him saying "get a second job" when he didn't. Not that telling people that they should feel like they want to work more hours to get one sounded too much rosier. I guess he was trying to stress the value of the machine, but in reality, it comes off as a bit overwhelming. Especially when the previous machine was more affordable.
