I think my biggest issue is that, when I unplug and move my dock, it doesn't always put the Switch in console mode, and I have to fiddle with it for a while to get it working again. I haven't quite figured out WHY it happens, but its never permanent, and won't be as much of an issue when I get the cheaper, $45 dock.
It also couldn't find an internet connection when I first received it in the hospital. Thankfully, I was able to connect it to a mobile hotspot for the first update.
I also occasionaly have issues getting the joycons to sync but its nothing like the left joycon issue people were having. On rare occasions it just can't find them, in mobile or console mode. I had one occasion where it wouldn't recognize them at ALL in portable mode. I think I fixed it with a reboot. More recently, I've noticed that the left joycon doesn't always center.
Overall, though, it's worked pretty near flawlessly.
