Here's a normal use of a season pass and delivering what they said they would. Fallout 4 or witcher 3. They didn't create any more season passes for any more story based DLC or expansions. Ya got exactly what ya paid for.

The same applies for FF XV.

No, it doesn't. FF XV was the same as the witcher 3 til they said "we got another season pass and more dlc for ya".

It's always been implied by devs that season passes are supposed to cover the major dlc for a game.
